Trails & Treats is the first North Carolina trail guide that combines hiking and running trails with curated treats to complete a day of outdoor adventures. This guidebook will help new or seasoned hikers and trail runners discover places to connect with North Carolina’s incredible diversity of natural areas and sample a selection of delicious local eats. Featured are 30 trails and more than 70 places to eat in four general areas of the state—the mountains, the Triad, the Triangle, and the Charlotte area.
