*Paddlers under 18 must be accompanied by an adult, under 13 must be in boat with parent.
Demo Day Description
Interested in kayaking for the first time, want to try out a specific type or model of kayak before making a purchase, then Get:Outdoors has put together a free on-water kayak demo just for you.
We bring out a heathly selection of our most popular kayaks to the lake for the purpose of folks trying them out prior to making a purchase. Please let us know if there is a certain kayak that we carry, that you would like to paddle, and we'll make every effort to bring it. Due to the limited amount of space we cannot bring every boat to every demo, so we cannot guarantee that all requests will always be available but we will certainly try to accomidate the as many requests as we can.
Lifejackets are provided and must be worn during any on-water time while in our kayaks. We also bring a nice selection paddles, as we feel that the same holds true for paddles as they do kayaks, and we want you to try different paddles as well. Varying materials, weights, lengths, and blade shapes will all have different performance affects on how the kayaks' respond, because of this we want you to try these out too.

Boat orders are now shipped flat-rate. Most single kayaks and smaller boats ship for $50.00 while tandems and larger/heavier boats ship for $100.00. We are working on implementing this in our site, as of now please call & we will honor these terms.
Please call (1-800-450-6819) to inquire about shipment of used/clearance boats as flat-rate shipping does not apply to these orders.
