Get:Outdoors is located in Greensboro, NC and has been in business since the early 1980's. In addition to our online store, we have a retail store located at 1515 West Lee St. Greensboro, NC 27403. We have built our business around our Customers. Our track record is proven.

How much are your shipping charges?

Our shipping is affordable and all orders are typically shipped within two days. If, for any reason, there should be an issue with your order we will contact you within the same two day period. Shipping costs are calculated by weight and the destination of packages. We ship to all 50 US States & international locations.

Most ground orders are shipped UPS Ground or USPS Priority Mail.

Free shipping does not apply to Boats, Paddles, Anchor Pins and Push Poles, Yeti or Engel Coolers, Thule, Yakima, Malone and BooneDox Rack Systems, or Trailers.

Free shipping applies only to accessory orders of $39 or more.

When checking out please select the "UPS Ground" shipping method to receive free shipping.

Please note that your order may be shipped via UPS Ground or USPS Priority Mail.

All full-price boat orders are now shipped flat-rate by zone. Boats shipped to Zone 1 are $60 freight each, Zone 2 is $100 freight each, and Zone 3 is $150 freight each.

Clearance and multiple boat orders may be subject to additional shipping charges. Please call (1-800-450-6819) to inquire about shipment of used boats as flat-rate shipping does not apply to these orders.

Free and flat-rate shipping terms do not apply to orders made outside of the continental United States and cannot be expedited.

How much does it cost to ship a kayak to my home or business?

Kayaks and canoes require special handling and therefore are slightly more expensive to ship. Kayaks and canoes are shipped via common carrier to the 48 contiguous states. Since shipping costs vary by geographic location please give us a call at 800-450-6819 or email us at info@shopgetoutdoors.com to request a shipping quote for your canoe or kayak order.

What if I need my order faster than ground shipping?

If you need your order faster than standard ground shipping, we offer 2nd day and overnight shipping at an additional charge. Give us a call at 800-450-6819 to place your express order.

Do you ship internationally?

We have partnered with Bongo International to service our customers Worldwide!

Bongo International provides our customers with their very own US address. Once you have a US address, you will be able to make purchases with us as well as other US based online retailers. Bongo receives your purchases and logs them into their online system which you can use to view your items and consolidate them with multiple orders.

When will my order ship?

Most accessory items will ship within 24 hours of your order being processed and 48 hours for boats, if there is a delay in shipment we will contact you by email or phone to inform you of the status of your order. Out of stock items will be shipped the next business day after we recieve them from the manufacturer.

Who will deliver my order and how long will it take?

Most non-kayak orders are shipped by UPS Ground or USPS Priority Mail unless expedited delivery is chosen. Typical UPS Ground or USPS Priority Mail delivery time is 3-5 business days. Click Here for a UPS map of their standard delivery times.

Kayaks are shipped on a common carrier such as Old Dominion Freight Lines. This means that they will be delivered by an 'Eighteen Wheeler'. Delivery times can vary but the majority of our shipments are delivered within 4-5 business days

What if I find the item priced lower at another competitor?

We strive to maintain competitive prices and will match a competitor's everyday advertised final price. However, we reserve the right to validate their price and to ensure the competitor has the product in-stock. Price matching does not extend to shipping costs.

Will I be charged sales tax?

All orders are shipped to you tax free unless you reside in the state of North Carolina. All residents of the State of NC will be charged State Sales Tax of 7.75% on accessories and 3% on boats.

How do I return an item?

We always take care of our customers and will take back any accessory order within 30 days of purchase for any reason.

Should you decide to return your product and it is in new condition we will refund you the full purchase price. If we had to ship the product and you are returning it because you changed your mind, well, we can't refund you the shipping - it is only fair. It is also your responsibility to pay the return shipping fees that might be associated with returning the product. If you are returning a kayak please contact us as there might be re-stocking fees involved depending on the kayak and the condition. No refunds will be given on kayak purchases, exchanges or store credit only. No refunds or returns on special order items.
